Forces – how to make them work for you.
All MSK’s are the result of excessive internal forces generated by the body to the point where some structures start to breakdown. The seminar will give participants the opportunity to explore and understand how these forces are generated by the body. Simon will challenge long held beliefs and introduce new tools designed to reduce internal forces. These will be applied to simple activities of daily living as well as more challenging manual handling scenarios. The seminar is lively and interactive and includes a number of practical exercises to give participants an experiential understanding of the theory and application of force reduction.
