Inspection Ready Healthcare Ltd

I started my career by training as a lawyer and specialised in Clinical Negligence, was then in private practice supporting the healthcare sector with many investigations at Coroners Courts before joining the CQC as a Specialist Adviser for Clinical Risk.

My aim/passion was to support all Health Organisations in deciphering the inspection model/jargon and supporting them in a more simplified manner that is understood, so I left the CQC and went freelance 11 years ago and have since supported many organisations throughout their Quality Improvement journey.

I started Inspection Ready Healthcare to provide support to failing Healthcare Organisations and provide advice/turnaround support for those rated as inadequate and placed into special measures. IRH have supported many Care Homes, NHS Trusts and Independent Healthcare Organisations with fantastic results, some becoming Outstanding with the CQC. Feedback has been great and I’ve since developed many tools to support staff including a really useful staff handbook.
