Dr John Gilligan

Dr John Gilligan is a lecturer and researcher in Computer Science and Assistive Technology. He has developed and run courses in Universal Design and Assistive Technology for ICT undergraduates and postgraduates for over 20 years.
His specialist research interest areas include modelling Assistive Technology systems using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health.
He has also been developing frameworks for Co-Design partnerships for universally designed ICT in community engagement contexts,
