Alan qualified with a BSc Hons in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Strathclyde University in 2006. Since starting his career he has specialised in Prosthetics working in a busy London hospital treating a range of patients, before moving to be an R& D clinician in 2011. His role involved helping to develop a range of prosthetic products including microprocessor controlled knees and feet along with sports prostheses. Alan joined Ottobock in 2016 as an Academy Clinician, providing training and education as well customer technical support.
