We help the Care sector to implement Apprenticeship programmes using the Levy and Government Funding.
Working with new Apprenticeship Standards, we are working with Adult Care employers to develop high-quality bespoke programmes mapped to their individual business needs.
We develop programmes utilising an employer's Levy pot which can support with future skills planning or gaps, or through accessing Workforce Development Funds to secure funding towards the cost of training.
Apprenticeships Standards have been designed by the sector for the sector, and ensure that the skills developed on a programme equip someone with the essential skills to do their job function correctly. The way that Standards are assessed introduces another layer of quality assurance to Apprenticeships in that they continue to monitor learner progression during the programme as well as bringing in an end-point Assessment with grading levels to provide another measure of measure of attainment.
With important legal changes around Lasting Power of Attorney and Depravation of Liberty orders, the Standards embody the required knowledge and skills needed by learners in this sector.
Within the new standards all learners will develop their Maths and English skills - therefore upskilling them to competently complete mandatory Healthcare Support Worker tasks e.g. high quality `Care Plans` and `Care logs`, also building on the learners` skills, knowledge and understanding to support them in numerical tasks such as `Medication Administration` and `Time Management`.
We offer the Adult Care Worker Level 2 and Level 3 Standards for the Adult Care Sector. To find out more email firstname.lastname@example.org
